Classic Rosé from this part of the Loire Valley made of 100% Cabernet Franc, it develops aromas of white flowers, citrus and small red fruits. The palate is quite rich and finishes on a long candy taste. A very nice rosé to drink on its own, for a picnic or a barbecue and that would also be a good match for a grilled fish or shellfish.
