This Ventoux is a great bottle to start discovering the Southern Rhône area. Elaborated from a blend of Grenache and Syrah, it exhibits a nose of fresh red and black fruit (raspberry, blackcurrant). The palate is smooth with soft tannins, delicate fruity flavours and a nice peppery touch. A lovely wine to drink with a simple meat dish like a beef burger or a lamb moussaka!
