Champagne Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru N.V. Pascal Lejeune

Probably the most stunning Blanc de Blancs Champagne we've tasted so far, the type that makes you whish you had more! 100% Chardonnay Champagne – that’s what Blanc de Blancs means! - thin bubbles, elegant, fresh, with a buttery palate of white fruit (apple) and flower (lime-tree). Finish is super-long, nicely creamy with a hint of citrus and a very well balanced acidity. We rarely find such quality in a grower Champagne; all Pascal Lejeune's Cuvée are very well made but this Blanc de Blancs is on another level: close to perfection!
