"Les Fourneaux" is a tiny and beautiful Premier Cru plot with a South West exposure. This sunny vineyard gives intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit and flowers; it's lovely buttery structure is balanced by a refreshing minerality. A really elegant Chablis Premier Cru, which has everything we can expect from an unoaked Chardonnay and a little bit more, with this unique minerality from the Chablis terroir. Definitely worth every penny!
