Chablis "L'Incontournable" 2013 - Château de Fleys

"The Unavoidable" is the latest effort from the Domain to stick to current trends and customer preferences. 30% of the wine is vinified is oak barrels - something quite unusual for a Chablis, although this practice is gaining ground year after year. The result is a slightly more structured wine, with hints of white flowers, toast and smokyness on the finish. We love this small extra of complexity and definitely recommend it.
