The Touraine Chenonceaux Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc white wine made from old vines selected among the best plots of the estate. Like the Ante Vinum, it shows great complexity and roundness thanks to the 55-year old vines but also a smoky touch brought by the flint soil. The nose is dominated by grapefruit and blackcurrant bud notes while the rich and round palate offers lovely aromas of citrus, pineapple and candied fruit. Long and fresh finish. A great wine for a noble white fish or Asian dishes!

90/100 "Light golden colour, green hues. Net nose mixing grapefruit, spring fragrances, blackcurrant bud. Supple attack. Palate is round, rich, gourmet, with chiseled fragrances showing a great persistence. We are convinced."
