Moving towards more complexity, the Old Vines of Cabernet Franc provide wine with more structure and concentration.Aromas of red fruits and black cherry are still here, but tannins are slightly more present. This bottle needed a few years before being ready so 2011 is the perfect vintage to start drinking now.
