Cuvée Hélène Blanc 2016 Côtes de Provence - Château des Bormettes

The Cuvée Helene takes its name from the owner, since it is said to be her favourite wine. Made of 100% Rolle – also known as Vermentino in Italy – and aged on fine lees, it is a very refreshing and fruity wine. The nose shows aromas of white flowers, followed by exotic fruits and a touch of lemon. At first it is fresh and light with flavours of citrus and peach. Then it shows flesh and a luxurious but dry finish.

The nose is complex and explosive, with notes of citrus, pineapple and white flowers. The mouth starts with delicacy and freshness to end in a long and salty finish.
