Château des Bormettes Hélène Blanc 2016 Côtes de Provence

The Cuvée Helene takes its name from the owner, since it is said to be her favourite wine. Made of 100% Rolle – also known as Vermentino in Italy – and aged on fine lees, it is a very refreshing and fruity wine. The nose shows aromas of white flowers, followed by exotic fruits and a touch of lemon. At first it is fresh and light with flavours of citrus and peach. Then it shows flesh and a luxurious but dry finish.

Decanter Magazine

90/100 "Crisp lime, pear, yellow apple, mineral notes on the nose; ripe fruit structure with a slick of lees, rich, and lovely."

Wine Enthusiast

87/100 "From vines close to the sea, this wine does have a salty tang to its ripe soft fruits. Flavors of creamed apples and spice fill the glass, giving a smooth wine with just enough acidity. Drink now."

Probably one of the best Rosé we’ve ever tasted. Instinct Parcellaire is a very delicate wine made of carefully selected grapes and aged in concrete vats.
