Instinct Parcellaire Rosé 2016 Côtes de Provence La Londe - Château des Bormettes

Probably one of the best Rosé we’ve ever tasted. Instinct Parcellaire is a very delicate wine made of carefully selected grapes and aged in concrete vats. The nose is complex and explosive, with notes of citrus, pineapple and white flowers. The mouth starts with delicacy and freshness to end in a long and salty finish. Named by The Decanter in their Top 10 rosé wines last year, we can easily understand why!

93/100 Top 10 rosé wines of 2016 "Quite prominent aromas of sweet red fruits, with a hint of vanilla and spice. The mineral character on the nose and palate is complemented by grapefruit, spice and delicate nuttiness. The creaminess is fresh, flowing and lingering. Very attractive style that will please many; it also has the ability to age further." (previous vintage)

The nose shows aromas of white flowers, followed by exotic fruits and a touch of lemon. At first it is fresh and light with flavours of citrus...
