Probably one of the best Rosé we’ve ever tasted. Instinct Parcellaire is a very delicate wine made of carefully selected grapes and aged in concrete vats. The nose is complex and explosive, with notes of citrus, pineapple and white flowers. The mouth starts with delicacy and freshness to end in a long and salty finish. Named by The Decanter in their Top...
