Château Lacombe-Cadiot is a brilliant example of a great Bordeaux Supérieur, from a vineyard located in the Médoc. Made of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine has spent 10 months in oak barrels and many years in bottle to reach its best drinking time! It shows a nice fruity nose of dark fruit, medium-bodied palate, a touch of wood and a lovely freshness on the finish. Very nice entry-level Bordeaux to pair with a grilled or roasted read meat.
