It is against the law to sell alcohol to anyone under 18 years old. By registering to the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Any account might be deleted if we have any reason to believe the member is under 18 years old. In case you are placing an order as a gift for someone else, that person must also be over 18 years old.
At delivery, our couriers might ask for a proof of age in the form of an appropriate ID. If our couriers have any doubt on the age of the recipient or the proof of ID they will not be able to deliver the order.
We offer free membership to get access to our private sales and to buy our products. We may change that in the future and charge a monthly membership fee and we will inform you if we make such change to give you the opportunity to terminate your membership if you which to.
The prices indicated on the Website are in GB Pound Sterling and inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and duty. Prices do not include delivery charge.
We reserve the right to amend the price of a product from time to time. The products will be charged the price set at the moment of the confirmation of the order and subject to availability.
Your Sommelier price guarantee
Once you’ve validated your order, if you were to find the exact same wine cheaper on another website then we would reimburse you the difference under the following conditions:
To get a refund of the price difference, simply contact us with your order reference and the link to the website where you found that wine.
All products are available for a limited period of time that is set ahead of every sale. We retain the right to reduce or extend the duration of a specific sale at any time.
In the case where a product becomes unavailable after the validation of an order, we will contact you via email to inform you of the cancellation of the order and, in case payment has already been received, of the refund of the payment.
An order becomes confirmed once the payment has been validated by our online secure payment system, operated by SagePay. Orders can only be made online via the Website. We may accept, at our sole discretion, orders over phone or email. By validating an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
In addition to the price of the product, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated in your checkout when confirming the order.
Payments are made when validating the order on the website and with a debit card (Visa, MasterCard) through our online secure payment system operated by SagePay. We use Sage Pay to collect/process transaction information (please refer to Sage Pay security policy for more information at http://www.sagepay.com/security_policy).
Deliveries can only be made in mainland UK. Average delivery time is 10 to 15 business days after the last day of the Current Sale. The order will be delivered at the delivery address given at the checkout and a confirmation email may be send to you once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellation, refunds and return
In case of a broken product at delivery, you must notify us within 7 days after the delivery date and we will arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or refund.
You may cancel your order at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the product(s). In order to cancel your order, you must give to us written notice of cancellation by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the products at your own cost to:
If you cancel an order on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.
