Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy 2014 - Domaine Agnès et Didier Dauvissat

This wine is out of stock

£ 17.00 tax incl.

The Dauvissat family owns a great parcel of Premier Cru and they make sure it receives the best possible care. Vines are situated in front of the Beines lake, making the wine especially elegant. It displays flavours of fruit jelly and citrus. Palate is round, well structured and powerful, with a long and superb finish. A great Premier Cru, definitely worth its (reasonable) price.

What experts say
Guide Hachette des Vins on 2012 vintage: 1*
“Based in Beine, Agnes and Didier Dauvissat created their domain in 1987 and have understood that an increase in quality also go through the work in the vineyards. Thus they returned to tillage their 10ha to preserve the terroir.
The terroir is fully expressed in this 2012 aged in tank for twelve months. Elegant floral nose precedes a lively and fresh mouth. The structure is there, as the minerality. A successful balance.”
