This Chablis is the next step on the scale of complexity. The Chardonnay vines are planted on south-facing slopes, providing more structure and deeper flavours. Nose shows beautiful aromas of citrus and lime. Palate is elegant, harmonious and mineral. A very well made Chablis at a sweet price.

What experts say
Guide Hachette des Vins on 2011 vintage: 1*
“Based in Beine, Agnes and Didier Dauvissat created their domain in 1987 and have understood that an increase in quality also go through the work in the vineyards. Thus they returned to tillage their 10ha to preserve the terroir. The fact is that this 2011 fits perfectly with the character of the appellation. A floral nose, soft palate emphasized by a stroke of minerality, way enough to get its first star.”

Bettane & Desseauve on 2011 vintage: 14
"Beautiful and rich Chablis with a thick structure on the palate, reminding the Premier Cru Beauroy."
