What experts say
Guide Hachette des Vins on 2011 vintage: 1*
“Nine months gestation in tank for this Petit Chablis produced by Agnes and Didier Dauvissat who created ex nihilo this domain in 1987. The baby is doing great. The mineral and floral nose is of great finesse. On the palate, one bites into the fruit (rather citrus), before meeting minerality. Straight and candid wine, perfect to pair with scallops.”
