"Òbra" (Chef d'oeuvre) is the high-end cuvée of the domain - and it blew us away. Made from very tiny yield (15 hectolitres per hectares, which is not a lot), it is a powerful, tannic yet very elegant wine. It exhibits multiple flavours of red fruit, prune, cherry, Provence herbs and spices. Incredibly complex with a very, very long velvety finish. Top...

"Nèbla" (Mist) is the first red wine of the domain and is very typical of the Languedoc, but with an additional freshness that brings is to a whole new level! "Alba" (Dawn) was the first white wine experiment of the domain, and it is not a classic white Languedoc. Made from young Grenache Gris vines, it exhibits explosive aromas of lemon, exotic fruit and quince jam. A powerful minerality brings in freshness and finesse, with a long and buttery finish. We absolutely love unusual wines showing such a personality!

"Canta" (Song) is the incredible wine we are mentioning in the domain presentation. Please, forget everything you know about Riesling. This does not taste like classic Riesling, or like anything else actually. Coming from young vines planted on a very steep slope, it shows subtle and complex aromas of lemon, pear and passion fruit. This cuvée Nèbla is an interesting Rosé wine to have with Asian food, having a bit more character than a Provence rosé. It's nice, fresh, and fruity, boasting notes of citrus, raspberry and a hint of litchee. The finish is long and fruity, definitely a rosé for an aperitif with smoked salmon on toast or during a meal with Thai food.
