Nèbla Rosé 2015 Languedoc - Domaine du Joncas

This cuvée Nèbla is an interesting Rosé wine to have with Asian food, having a bit more character than a Provence rosé. It's nice, fresh, and fruity, boasting notes of citrus, raspberry and a hint of litchee. The finish is long and fruity, definitely a rosé for an aperitif with smoked salmon on toast or during a meal with Thai food.

1* (Very good wine) "A beautiful rosy colour, explosive aromas of raspberry and strawberry on the nose. Perfect pick for a rosé to drink with food, it is long, yummy and round on the palate, with a fresh fruit." (previous vintage)

Rosemary George M.W. - Taste Languedoc Blog

"Grenache and Syrah. Pressurage direct. Quite a vivid colour with some fresh fruit on the nose. Very intense raspberry fruit on the palate. Ripe and vinous." (previous vintage)
