"Nèbla" (Mist) is the first red wine of the domain and is very typical of the Languedoc, but with an additional freshness that brings is to a whole new level! It develops superb, classy aromas of black fruit (black currant, black cherries), highlighted by a spicy structure (peppercorn) and a lovely freshness in the finish. Only partly aged in used oak barrels, it is a real hit for amateurs of Languedoc wines. To discover as soon as possible.

![]() | Coup de coeur "Beautiful flavours of violet and black fruit on nose and palate for this subtle cuvée, with fine tannins and a very expressive finish. Fresh and very well made (Partly matured with old oak vats), it is a supple wine with a nice personality." (2013 vintage)
![]() | Commended at Decanter World Wine Awards 2014 "Intense black olive and game aromas with mint and garrigue. Ripe, tannic and meaty palate. Lots of flavor." (2012 Vintage)
Rosemary George MW - Taste Languedoc Blog | "Mourvèdre is the main variety, with Syrah and Grenache. One third of the wine goes into seven year old barrels. It is sturdier than the Joia, with a hint of wood, with quite firm fruit, but again with the same elegance. Nicely crafted." (2013 vintage) |
