La Borry is a white Côtes du Rhône made with 95% Viognier grown in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, between 350m and 600m, and this altitude injects a stimulating freshness to the grapes. The nose is very appealing with aromas of white fruit and flowers followed by a fresh, mineral and intense palate of almond, honeysuckle and apricot. Dry and almost salty finish. Great wine that would be nice as an aperitif or with any type of seafood.

|What experts say|
16/20 "95% Viognier, 5% Roussanne. Savoury, dry, dried fruit with a hint of hoppiness and a lovely salinity on the finish. Very serious and credible, with all the richness of Viognier, but a lovely sense of herby character too. (RH)"
84/100 "Fragrant jasmine and apricot with overtones of vanilla. Good concentration of hot wax and bruised yellow peach flavours , with a touch of salinity on the finish." (previous vintage)
90/100 "Plumes of orange blossom and honeydew perfume this lavishly fruity wine. Dry and full bodied, it offers juicy lemon and tangerine flavors offset by twists of bitter grapefruit rind. The finish lingers on a pleasant slick of honeycomb." (previous vintage)
87/100 "Light yellow with green tints. Appealing nose recalling apricot, green plum and wild flowers. Silky attack offering up lovely plump, rich weight. Tense palate showing wonderful intensity. A convincing wine that works with shellfish."
