UBY ONE Petit Manseng 2014 Sweet White Côtes de Gascogne - Domaine d'Uby

To complete the offer from Domain d'Uby we have selected one of their specialities, a sweet white wine. Grapes are harvested late for an advanced ripeness, and at night to protect them. Very subtle aromas of exotic fruit and pineapple with a fresh acidity which limits sugar taste. A beautiful balance as a result - we just loved it.
