Guide-Hachette.jpg 1* "This cuvée honors the Sauvignon. The colour is pale with green reflections. The powerful nose, with its aromas of papaya, mango and citrus, precedes a fresh, balanced and persistent mouth, still with notes of exotic fruits and citrus. Drink with a seafood platter." The Languedoc is one of the main producers of Rosé in France thanks to a warm and dry climate. Some are very Provence-like, just like this very refreshing cuvée: light, fresh and fruity rosé (raspberry, apple), just as we like it. Though it is not quite summer yet, but who says we can’t enjoy a nice glass of rosé in front of the fireplace!

This cuvée - produced in a tiny quantity - is the top of what the Fabre family can do, giving it a very special care. Old vines of Carignan bring in a huge personality: Dark colour, intense nose of spices, rich palate of cassis and spicy flavours. Tannins are still present but show a beautiful harmony.
