89/100 "Vincent Stoeffler's organic, citrus-colored NV Crémant d'Alsace Brut Blanc de Blancs opens with a remarkably clear, pure, fresh and subtle bouquet of white flowers, ripe pip fruits, confit de citron and lemon zests. Full, fresh and mineral on the palate this is an excellent and very delicate sparkling wine from Alsace that underlines the talents of Vincent Stoeffler. The wine was made with hand-picked ripe and healthy grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois but it went fresh and light enough into the second fermentation to keep its freshness, purity, finesse and persistent character. Very elegant and remarkably long and well structured in the aftertaste this authentic Crémant is highly recommend to all those who are searching out for serious alternatives to Champagne."

89/100 "Fresh notes of crisp apple, with grassy hints, on the nose turn to rounded and mellow red-apple notes on the palate. The tiny bubbles make for a creamy mouthfeel while some biscuity notes provide substance. It makes an elegant and dry apéritif."
