What experts says
88 "Darker, more mineral-laced and austere than the 2014, the 2013 Cotes du Rhone reveals a deep ruby color as well as more black cherry, smoked earth, black licorice and spice on the nose. Medium-bodied, nicely concentrated with good acidity and fine tannin, it opens up nicely with time in the glass, is certainly well made, and will drink well for 4-5 years, possibly longer."
