Domaine de la Patience is a classic story of a new generation of winemaker, taking over the family estate and turning it into a brilliant success. Before 1994, all grapes were sent to the local Coopérative and that is when Christophe Aguilar decided to start bottling again at the Domaine. He then expended the vineyard, renovated the equipment and finally converted it to organic agriculture. Hard work, real passion for wine and a great terroir were the keys to his achievement.
Nemusa is the classic Costières de Nîmes cuvée produced by the Domaine: an excellent easy-drinking red, with black fruit, spice and animal notes as well as a slighlty liquorice touch on the finish. No need to keep it for ages, it’s made to drink now, with any red meat grilled on the barbecue!
