Gaillac Rouge "Renaissance" 2014 - Domaine Rotier

If we had to pick a favourite for this week, "Renaissance" could well be the one. It exhibits superb and complex flavours of cherry, strawberry, grilled nuts and mint. Cedar notes and some spices appear on the palate, with soft tannins well integrated into the wine. We absolutely loved this surprisingly long finish. This bottle only shows how treasures can be found in less famous appellations like Gaillac.
