Pinot Blanc 2016 Alsace - Domaine Vincent Stoeffler

Pinot Blanc is the white version of Pinot Noir that can be found mainly in Alsace, Germany and Italy. Not as prestigious as other Alsace grapes, it produces a lovely dry wine with an obvious roundness due to its low acidity. Light-bodied and dominated by flavours of exotic fruit and white peach, it also exhibits pronounced aromas of flowers on the nose and the palate. A soft and easy white for a first discovery of Alsace.

87/100 "Ripe and aromatic, this is immediately fresh and attractive. Creamed apples and ripe lime flavors are well integrated into a warm, generous texture. It's a lovely wine, rich and ready to drink." (previous vintage)
